NAMS - Not Another MUD Server is a project I've recently started to implement a clean C++ server core with the end goal being to have all game logic separated from it similar to LP-style MUDs. I found myself spending far too much time trying to bandaid fix things derived from Diku sources, and wanted to see if I could make something better. Consider NAMS to be another highly volatile branch of AckFUSS -- I haven't abandoned it. I'll be porting over tested, stable improvements from NAMS into AckFUSS as they fit.
